A Our auto bender possesses functions of auto bending, bridging, lipping, cutting, broaching, nicking, perforation, hole punching for cutting rules processing.

Q What’s the machine and device needed for setting a new die-making shop?
A One set die laser cutting machine, one set auto bending machine and some assistant manual tools will be recommended.

Q What’s the max thickness and height of cutting rules can be run by your auto blade bending machine?
A The regular auto bender supports 1.42x 60mm max cutting rule processing, and the customized one supports 1 x 150mm cutting rule processing.

Q Is it possible to run a sample by your die-making machine and digital cutting machine and which format is supported by your machine?
A Yes, sure thing. Just feel free to send us the die-cutting drawing in DXF format, and process videos of running samples by our machine will be sent to you. Also, the samples could be sent to you by DHL based on your account if needed.

Q What devices or preliminary work need to be prepared by customers?
A A full set die-making machine with related device systems will be offered by TSD. Just need customers to prepare a set 7.5kw/10P air compressor and the right electricity and space. Electricity in China is 220 50Hz single phase & 380V 60Hz 3 phase. A set voltage transformer which with stabilization functions will be prepared by customers is necessary. The working space needed for a set 400watt laser and a set auto bender is around 23-25 square meters.

Q Are you able to communicate with the software via the internet in case of failure or malfunction?
A Yes, sure thing. We are able to communicate with the software via the internet by the interviewer. It’s a common method which we use for all overseas users at present.
And online training will be offered during this special period, installation videos, demo videos, manual instruction, and Anydesk to show customers how to operate machines.

Q What’s the software that is used to run the machines?
A TSD offers laser cutting software and bending software to run the machine in English, software accepts Auto CAD DXF file format.

Q What’s the delivery time for a new machine order and what’s the payment term?
A 30-35 working days upon your 30% T/T advance payment.
30% T/T advance for production, and 70% T/T balance payment before shipping preferred.

Q What’s the warranty of the machine and consumables?
A 1-year warranty for the machines, 6 months for parts, excluding personal damage.

Q How to pack machines for shipping by sea?
A Internal is protective stretchable sealed film and external is a standard sea-worthy wooden case packing.

Q Except for flatbed steel rule dies, I also make rotary die boards. What assistance can we get from you?
A Except flatbed die laser cutting machine and straight auto bending machine,
rotary die laser cutting machine or CNC rotary cutting machine for curved board cutting, rotary auto bending machine are available as well.

Q I need to cut corrugated cardboard and gray board, which machine can meet my requirement?
A Our digital cutting machine will be recommended for corrugated cardboard and gray board cutting. And equipped with vibration knife cutting, a drag knife cutting,
a pen for drawing, laser light positioning, 90°, 120°gray board “V” cut additional function is recommended as well.

A The working table of the digital cutting machine support 1300 x 1000mm, 1700 x 1300mm, and 2500 x 1600mm, which can meet your different table requirement.
